Since our first class was so well received, we were able to book Marco Doria for a second class before he goes back to Italy. Marco will teach us how to make the famous Carbonara Pasta with paired wines from Marco and Cristina's Micro Wineries for a 3 course/3 wines small plate tasting experience!

Love to cook and drink Italian wine? Join us Saturday Nov. 18th with Marco and Cristina Doria, Importer/Owners of Doria Wines, in our MANGIA building for a special cooking class and wine pairing.
As Marco teaches us how to make an authentic Carbonara with Mezze Maniche Pasta, Cristina will pour the wines to pair with the 3 small plate courses, the last being the Pasta Marco will be demonstrating and serving. We will surely have another fun and informative experience as we did with the first class with Marco. There are 3 seatings at 12 Noon, 1:45 PM and 3:30 PM.
