About the Event
Are you a lover of Italian wines? In addition to our complimentary daily wine tastings, join us every Saturday as we introduce new wines to you from all over Italy. You will taste up to 3 wines that we will choose to offer to "expand your palate" and we will share food pairing ideas too!
Cristina will be offering:
Bigagnoli Zeja Garganega Verona IGT 2021 - 100% Garganega. Notes of almonds, plums and citrus fruit and a little herbal on the finish. Recommended with fish, as an aperitif with charcuterie and cheeses.
Orzan Ivaldo Val di Mieç Collio Ribolla Gialla DOC 2022 – 100% Ribolla Gialla. Deep golden yellow color with hints of Lemon, Peach and Acacia. Pair with delicate fish appetizers, Delicate fish first courses, White meats, Risotto with seafood, Fried fish.
Di Barrò Petit Rouge Vallée D’Aoste DOC 2021 - Bright ruby red color with fragrant aromas of wild mountain berries and flowers, Fresh and crunchy with low tannins, Light to medium-bodied, Pairs well with charcuterie, cheese, white meat, pizza.
Cascina Delle Rocche Bric D’arsura Moscato D’asti DOCG 2021 - 100% Moscato Bianco di Canelli. Citrus flowers, sage, white fruits born to pair with dessert but ideal for a spicy meal or alone as a five o’clock wine.
