About the Event

Are you a lover of Italian wines? In addition to our complimentary daily wine tastings, join us every Saturday as we introduce new wines to you from all over Italy. You will taste up to 3 wines that we will choose to offer to "expand your palate" and we will share food pairing ideas too!

Linda will be tasting some of the favorite wines from Marche, Abuzzo, Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany!

Luciano Landi Terre del 91 Verdicchio Dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Superiore – 100% Verdicchio. Straw yellow color. Intense aroma of persistent fresh fruit. Equipped with great structure and excellent balance. Excellent combination with appetizers and roasted fish.

Podere della Torre Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo Rosé – 100% Montepulciano. The nose is expressed with notes of cherry and bread crust. Fresh to the taste, soft, with a good consistency and savory. The olfactory characters return to the aftertaste and a pleasant almond note on the finish.

Casalone Lambrusco – Very earthy and smoke driven on the nose with hints of plum and dark cherry. Very subtle sparkling Lambrusco with light-medium body. More so dark fruit on the palate with the earthy tastes and hints of smoke.

Poggio del Concone Super Tuscan – 75% Sangiovese, 15% Cabernet and 10% Merlot. 98 POINTS Luca Marone! 30% of the batch is barrel aged for three months, followed by two months in bottle. Aromas of blackberry and fresh plums, cherries, currants and a hint of licorice. The fruity notes are accompanied by a pronounced acidity. Mouth-filling and fresh, with polished tannins and a warm, long finish. Pair with grilled red meat, pork ribs, leg of lamb and juicy burgers

Which one will you like best? Let us know!

We hope to see you at Simpatico to explore our amazing wines, foods, gifts and more from every region in Italy! Cin Cin!
