About the Event
Are you a lover of Italian wines? In addition to our complimentary daily wine tastings, join us every Saturday as we introduce new wines to you from all over Italy. You will taste up to 3 wines that we will choose to offer to "expand your palate" and we will share food pairing ideas too!
Vincenzo will be offering:
Baroni Capoano Ciro Bianco DOP – 100% Greco Bianco. Brilliant straw yellow color, pleasantly dry, fresh, delicate, lively and characteristic flavor, vinous and pleasant aroma. Goes best with white meats and all fish-based dishes.
Salvalai Pinot Noir IGT – 100% Pinot Nero. Bright red color with aromas of fruits and jam scent. On the palate, crispy, dry, harmonic, well balanced. Best served with red grilled meats and games.
