Love Sicilian Food and wine? Join us for a special Sicilian cooking class with 3 courses paired with 3 wines and learn how to prepare the third course, Chicken Marsala on Saturday March 1st at 12 Noon or 2:30 PM with Chef Dawn, Russ Lorber, Wide Roots Owner and Importer of the wines and Owner Bobbi Parlett. We will enjoy the new Marsala Russ is importing in the 3rd course as well as to sip with our sweet ending Cannoli. It is delicious!
As Chef Dawn shows you how to prepare the Chicken Marsala, Russ will introduce the paired wines as we serve each course. We will surely have another fun and informative experience. Hope to see you for this event in our Trattoria Simpatico at 104 Railroad Ave. Salute!
