About the Event
Love to cook and drink Italian wine? Want to learn about the different Rose wines? Join us Saturday June 8th in one of three seatings offered starting at Noon with Cristina Doria, Importer owner of Doria Wines. You will taste 4 Roses which are produced by microwineries that Doria represents and are all fabulous and unique. This will be a special learning and tasting experience of awesome food and wine.
As Cristina talks about the 4 wines and the foods chosen to pair for this event, Chef Dawn will prepare our 2 plate/4 wines tasting experience. We will surely have another fun and informative experience. There are 2 seatings: 12 noon and 4pm. Hope to see you for this event in our Mangia Building at 104 Railroad Ave. Salute!
