Please join us for wine & food of the Piedmont region and a lively exchange of information with our Italian co-hosts Doria Wines and Guest Speaker Adriano Moretti as we introduce you to 5 of Adriano's exclusive limited production/limited exported wines, including 3 new wines brought in just for his first USA tour. Adriano’s current yearly production is about 18,000 bottles (~1,500 cases) of Arneis, Nebbiolo, Favorita, and Barbera. He works alongside experienced enologists in order to perfect his techniques in the cellar but also likes to experiment with alternative winemaking methods such as the use of amphorae.
