Taste any 3:
-Colterenzio Chardonnay Altkirch 2020 – Excellent as an aperitif, it makes a delicious partner for steamed fish, skate in browned butter, baked oysters, vegetable risotto, delicately seasoned white meat and a variety of pasta dishes.
-Colterenzio Pinot Grigio 2020 – Excellent with salads, grilled seafood and a variety of poultry dishes.
-Colterenzio Kalterersee Schiava 2020 – Bright pale ruby in color with a fruity nose and succulent gentle fruit on the palate with soft tannins. Very versatile food wine but wonderful as an aperitif.
-Colterenzio Pinot Nero 2020– Perfect partner to light starters, roast partridge, duck and meaty fish. Chill it for a delicious taste of ripe berries with soft tannins! Cin Cin!!
